This year, three (3) positions are open on the board. Property owners will be voting for all three

Who May Vote

All Riverpark property owners are eligible to vote. You do not have to be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, but you must own your property in Riverpark. Each property is allowed 1 ballot and may vote for 3 candidates.

How to Vote

You may vote online, absentee ballot, in-person at the annual meeting, or by proxy.

CIA Services, the company that helps with our community manager, will send you a letter which should arrive by mid-March. The letter will contain information on candidates and ballot information, and your unique voting PIN. Do not give this PIN to anyone!

Online voting is secure and recommended!

Remember: Only 1 vote per property regardless of how many people live in the house. Vote only one time or your votes may not count.
